Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conducts pre-donation medical screening.
2. Interaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
3. Assesses donor suitability and engages in set-up.
4. Provides appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
5. Ensures all donor screening information is complete.
