We are seeking a highly skilled software architect to lead our organization's transition to cloud-native architecture, API-driven integration, low-code development, and AI agent implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, microservices, and artificial intelligence, with the ability to design scalable and efficient systems.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement cloud-native architectures using microservices patterns to ensure simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.
2. Develop API-driven integration strategies to enable seamless communication between diverse software applications and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Create frameworks for low-code development to accelerate application delivery and empower citizen developers.
4. Architect AI agent systems for autonomous decision-making and self-optimization capabilities in cloud environments.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
6. Oversee the integration of cloud services, ensuring optimal use of resources.
7. Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
8. Design and optimize AI workloads for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in large-scale virtualized data center environments.
9. Develop governance frameworks for AI systems to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant operations.
10. Stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing, AI, and low-code platforms to drive innovation within the organization.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.
3. Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and their services.
4. Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns.
5. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
6. Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Go).
7. Familiarity with low-code development platforms and methodologies.
8. Knowledge of AI and machine learning, particularly in the context of LLMs.
9. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide development teams and interact with stakeholders.
10. You have a dynamic personality and you are confident in ambiguous situations.
11. You are a fast learner and self-motivated to challenge the status quo.
12. Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2).
