Job summary

AXA is seeking a Data Leakage Prevention Security Lead Expert to shape and continuously improve the DLP strategy across a complex enterprise. You will combine hands-on technical work with security analysis, incident investigations and stakeholder engagement to ensure data is used, shared and stored securely.

You will lead the design and implementation of DLP policies and configurations, and work with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into practical security actions.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise DLP technologies and data security principles.
• Hands-on design/implementation of DLP solutions in large environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Purview or similar DLP tools.
• Understanding of data classification and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Shape the DLP roadmap by contributing to design and continuous improvement.
• Turn risk into protection by analyzing data flows and access controls.
• Build safeguards through DLP policies and rules aligned with needs.
