AXA is seeking a Data Leakage Prevention Security Lead Expert to shape and implement our DLP strategy across a complex international organisation. You will combine hands-on technical work with security analysis, incident investigations and stakeholder engagement, ensuring sensitive data is used, shared and stored securely.

• Experience with enterprise DLP deployments and governance.
• Knowledge of data classification and secure data flows.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to translate security findings for non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives.
• Proven project management skills with Agile practices.

• Shape the DLP roadmap and drive implementation across the organisation.

• Create and maintain DLP policies, rules and controls.
