Job summary

AXA Partners is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for the CLP area to lead architecture, drive cloud-native, scalable and resilient solutions, and reduce technical debt. You will join an international team of around 10 architects and shape technology roadmaps across AXA Partners' business units and countries.

You’ll align roadmaps to business strategy, provide architectural guidance to squads, and ensure compliance with standards while collaborating closely with IT and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years or more of experience in IT.
• In-depth knowledge of IS / IT best practices and data technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
• Good understanding of security principles and compliance rules.
• Strategic thinking and planning, systemic / big picture approach.
• Functional and technical expertise in engineering systems design and analysis.
• Good knowledge of agile and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, REST APIs, data modelling, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Align product roadmaps to the business strategy and global technology vision.
• Optimize product scope to improve teams’ agility.
• Provide architectural designs to make CLP applications cloud native and scalable.
• Support architecture governance and compliance to standards.
• Collaborate with IT community and partner with CLP business unit.
• Produce high level and detailed architectural diagrams and software designs.
• Develop technology roadmaps based on business strategy.
• Design cloud native, scalable, resilient solutions and integrate group services.
• Build proofs of concepts as part of the design process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and IT solutions.
