HBX Group, a leading tech partner for travel, seeks a Distribution Performance Manager to build and improve the performance management framework across Wholesale and Retail channels. You will deliver high‑quality analytics, dashboards, and forecasting tools to enable decision‑making and planning.

You will lead a small team of analysts, drive data quality, and collaborate with Finance, Data, and Technology to enhance reporting efficiency and governance across performance reporting.

• Proven experience in Performance Management, Business Analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting suites and forecasting models.

Job Summary

The Distribution Performance Manager is responsible for developing and continuously improving the performance management framework across the Distribution function. The role delivers high-quality analytics, reporting, forecasting tools, and governance processes that transform complex data into actionable business insights. By providing visibility of performance, risks, and opportunities, the role supports informed decision-making, effective commercial planning, and the achievement of Distribution targets. The position also leads a small team of analysts and drives continuous improvement in reporting, data quality, and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Distribution performance management framework across Wholesale and Retail channels.
• Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Translate complex commercial and financial data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reporting suites, and analytical outputs used in weekly, monthly, forecasting, and planning cycles.
• Ensure KPI consistency, reporting accuracy, and robust governance processes across all performance reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable analytical models, reporting tools, and self-service solutions.
• Automate recurring reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Support planning, forecasting, target setting, reforecasting, and scenario analysis across key performance drivers, including TTV, revenue, margin, and client overrides.
• Prepare performance review materials and provide ongoing visibility of business performance against targets.
• Monitor and track agreed actions, milestones, and expected financial outcomes, highlighting delivery risks where required.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high analytical standards and effective prioritisation.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, documentation, quality controls, and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Performance Management, Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience interpreting commercial and financial performance data to support business decision-making.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing dashboards, management reports, forecasting models, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, performance reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets, data modelling, and reporting automation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex information to senior audiences.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Data, Technology, and Commercial teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience within travel, technology, e-commerce, or other fast‑paced commercial businesses is advantageous.
