HBX Group is seeking a Distribution Performance Manager in Palma, Spain to lead analytics across Wholesale and Retail channels. You will own the performance framework, deliver insights on trends and risks, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Formación

Proven experience in Performance Management, Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
Experience interpreting commercial and financial performance data to support business decisions.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience developing dashboards, management reports, forecasting models, and performance tracking frameworks.
Strong understanding of KPI management, performance reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience working with large datasets, data modelling, and reporting automation.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex information to senior audiences.
Experience partnering with Finance, Data, Technology, and Commercial teams in a cross-functional environment.
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience within travel, technology, e-commerce, or other fast-paced commercial businesses is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Own and enhance the Distribution performance management framework across Wholesale and Retail channels.
Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Translate complex commercial and financial data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reporting suites, and analytical outputs used in weekly, monthly, forecasting, and planning cycles.
Ensure KPI consistency, reporting accuracy, and robust governance processes across all performance reporting.
Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.
Design and implement scalable analytical models, reporting tools, and self-service solutions.
Automate recurring reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and insight generation.
Support planning, forecasting, target setting, reforecasting, and scenario analysis across key performance drivers, including TTV, revenue, margin, and client overrides.
Prepare performance review materials and provide ongoing visibility of business performance against targets.
Monitor and track agreed actions, milestones, and expected financial outcomes, highlighting delivery risks where required.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high analytical standards and effective prioritisation.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, documentation, quality controls, and knowledge sharing.
