Una gran compañía de bebidas busca un Key Account Manager para el canal On Trade en Madrid. La posición es temporal y se enfoca en el desarrollo de cuentas mayoristas, gestión de relaciones y maximización de oportunidades de negocio. Se requiere experiencia en ventas FMCG, proactividad y habilidades excepcionales de negociación.

Formación

  • Experiencia en ventas FMCG y manejo de mayoristas.
  • Proficiencia en inglés y español.
  • Habilidades destacadas en negociación y análisis de P&L.

About the role

This is a temporary position lasting approximately 1 year. As the Key Account Manager for the On Trade channel, you will handle and develop wholesaler accounts within a designated area to achieve profit, volume, sales growth, and brand building aligned with the commercial plan. You will develop compelling customer propositions to unlock growth opportunities and enhance profit delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop area coverage and contact plans to meet targets in the commercial plan.
  • Maximize ROI through effective commercial proposals.
  • Manage relationships, including commercial agreements and exploring new opportunities.
  • Track and monitor financial performance in detail.
  • Govern depletions and stock data accuracy.
  • Review monthly forecasts (Anaplan).
  • Implement tailored activation activities.
  • Maintain continuous customer contact and network planning.
  • Identify new business development opportunities.
  • Approve rebates, invoice claims, and deductions promptly and accurately.
  • Build strong customer relationships through negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Understand customer needs and align them with Diageo propositions.
  • Prepare and execute plan actions focusing on product prioritization, NSV, and debt management.
  • Collaborate effectively with Outlet Developers and share information on sales, stocks, and competition.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive performance.
About You
Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG sales, handling wholesalers/distributors in the On Trade channel.
  • Soft skills: excellent relationship-building, confident, honest, impactful communication, team-oriented, innovative thinking, results-driven, energetic, good prioritization, and ambition to grow.
  • Hard skills: outstanding negotiation skills, P&L literacy, strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Languages: proficiency in English and Spanish.
