Verano in Navarra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee dispensary operations, personnel, inventory purchasing, and sales targets. The role acts as manager-on-duty when the General Manager is away, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The position emphasizes inventory focus (about 25% of time), staff scheduling, customer service excellence, staff development, and compliance with state regulations. A strong team leader with 1+ year experience is ideal.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year as an assistant manager or higher.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and communicate with staff.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Support dispensary staff, inventory, and patient/customer relations.
• Interact with customers and patients to provide exceptional service.
• Respond to inquiries, feedback, and suggestions.
• Resolve in-store situations promptly and respectfully.
• Create bi-weekly staff schedules.
• Walk the floor and assist staff with products, industry news, and regulatory changes.
• Coach and develop staff; address questions or suggestions.
• Delegate tasks to Cannabis Advisors to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with General Manager to relay information from corporate retail.
• Conduct interviews as directed by the General Manager.
• Train staff on POS System and State Inventory System.
• Oversee orders and deliveries for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain company culture within the facility.
• Keep records of all dispensary activity including cash, sales, vendors, and customer/patient information.
• Other duties as assigned.
