About this project: engineering-manufacturing / interior-design-1. Open position: a professional is required for architectural design or improvements, as the current architect states it is not possible to obtain more than 7 apartments in this space. The idea is to explore whether it is feasible to maximize the layout of a commercial space to transform it into residential units and storage rooms.

The project aims to optimize the space to achieve at least 6 to 7 apartments and a commercial space, or ideally 8 apartments, along with the maximum possible storage rooms.

It is essential that the design complies with all minimum space regulations required by the current legislation in the Valencian Community, Spain.

The main deliverable will be a detailed plan of the new layout, including zoning for each apartment and common areas, ensuring functionality and habitability of each unit.

This is primarily a space planning exercise, not the execution of the project, but providing alternatives on how to fit 8 apartments and several storage rooms into this space.
