Responsibilities

• Develop user flows, journey maps, and detailed sitemaps to guide design solutions
  
• Produce interactive prototypes across a range of fidelity levels based on project needs
  
• Translate insights and requirements into functional specifications
  
• Conduct usability reviews and heuristic evaluations following UX best practices
  
• Analyze user behavior and data to detect friction points and identify design improvements
  
• Plan, carry out, and document usability testing sessions with end users
  
• Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders and team members
  
• Clearly communicate design rationale and defend UX decisions to business and product leads
  
• Approach problems with a blend of creativity, strategy, and efficiency
  
• Engage in all stages of the product design cycle, from initial research through final delivery
  

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in user experience design
  
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design approaches
  
• Proven background working across various digital platforms including websites, responsive designs, and native mobile applications
  
• In-depth knowledge of mobile UX best practices, including Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android’s Material Design
  
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and practical experience using design systems
  
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
