AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date: October 1st, 2025.
We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking, relating, and looking at challenges.
What does this internship consist of?
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed to provide top-tier training in new areas of knowledge essential for future professionals.
You will have the opportunity to pursue a Master, organized into three training blocks, that will enable you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, allowing you to gain practical experience and complete your academic background.
The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts for 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time position (40h/week), with an attractive study grant.

A transnational team based in Getafe, Hamburg, and Lisboa, highly collaborative and integrated with our Engineering colleagues.
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of Quality Management System, constantly driving change and improvement.
Responsible for developing strategies, concepts, standards, and tools for Engineering and Continuous Performance Improvement, ensuring compliance with European requirements, regulations, and approvals.
Focused on the Voice of the Customer, working to resolve their top issues.
We are looking for an intern in Getafe to collaborate with us. The main activities include:
Participating in Airbus Quality Standards within the Design community.
Learning to work with key quality tools such as Design Reviews (DR), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Quality Planning (APQP), Problem Solving Methodology (PPS), and checking Major Modification Implementations (FIC).
Collaborating to develop and maintain effective Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Upskilling opportunities include:
Gaining general knowledge of Airbus Aircraft Structure Design and Development.
Acquiring specific knowledge in Quality Management Systems and Standards.
Developing digital skills within an aircraft environment for Quality Engineering purposes.
Improving coordination, negotiation, and project management skills.
Potential projects involve:
Supporting Airbus Commercial Programs (A220, A320 Family, A330, A350, A350 Freighter, A380), including Design, Stress analysis, R&T, customer service, production engineering issues, non-conformities, and digital design solutions.
Required skills:
Candidates should demonstrate:
An Engineering degree or related discipline.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1 level).
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Data analytics skills and proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, App Script, Looker Studio).
Basic programming skills in Java and Python.
Self-motivation, autonomy, and strong communication skills.
Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills.
Ability to work in complex, international environments.
