We are seeking recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. The current environment requires innovative ways of thinking, looking, and relating.
What does this internship consist of?
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in top-tier training in new knowledge areas essential for future professionals.
This program offers the opportunity to study a Master, organized into three training modules, enabling you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. It combines this with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree, where you can learn and complement your academic background.
The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (excluding August). It is a full-time position (40h / week), with an attractive study grant.

Who are we? The Quality Engineering Airframe for RFE (Rear Fuselage & Empennage) Team is :
A transnational team based in Getafe, Hamburg, and Lisboa, highly collaborative and integrated with our Engineering colleagues.
Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of Quality Management System, driving change and improvements.
Developing strategies, concepts, standards, and tools for Engineering and Continuous Performance Improvement, ensuring compliance with European requirements, regulations, and approvals.
Focused on the Voice of the Customer, working to resolve their top issues.
We are looking for an intern in Getafe to collaborate with us.
Main activities include :
Participating in Airbus Quality Standards within the Design community.
Learning to work with key quality tools such as Design Reviews (DR), Design Risk Analysis (DFMEA), Quality Planning (APQP), Problem Solving Methodology (PPS), and checking Major Modification Implementations (FIC).
Collaborating to develop and maintain effective Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Upskilling opportunities include :
General knowledge of Airbus Aircraft Structure Design and Development.
Specific knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Standards.
Developing digital skills in an aircraft environment for Quality Engineering purposes.
Improving coordination, negotiation, and project management skills.
Projects involved :
Supporting Airbus Commercial Programs (A220, A320 Family, A330, A350, A350 Freighter, A380), including Design, Stress, R&T, Customer Service, Production Engineering, and Digital Design solutions.
Required skills :
Engineering degree or related discipline.
Advanced English proficiency.
Minimum B1 level in Spanish.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Data analytics and proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Apps Script, Looker Studio).
Basic programming skills (Java and Python).
Self-motivated, autonomous, and communicative.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
Ability to work in complex, international environments.
