Job Description :

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER I 2025 / 2026 - Starting date 1 October 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates (#Graduates_Spain) from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking, and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

In partnership with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in top-tier training in new areas of knowledge essential for professional development.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized into three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time experience (40h / week), with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

Are you interested in making Airbus Defence products have less environmental impact? This vacancy is for you!

• You will be embedded in a department working on reducing hazardous substances in design and calculating environmental impact.
• Your tasks will include :
• Reviewing departmental processes and automating input / output using programming tools.
• Collaborating on project management of substance replacement.
• Coordinating activities to simplify and standardize processes.
• Supporting the generation of environmental models and Life Cycle Activities.
• You will gain knowledge in :
• Understanding design and replacement processes in an industrial setting.
• Environmental impact assessment of products.
• Project management within an industrial context.
• Python or similar for automation.
• UP for schedule management.
• Gabi for environmental analysis (LCA).

Required Skills :

As a successful candidate, you should demonstrate :

• A degree in aeronautical, industrial, or environmental engineering, with experience in LCA or software development.
• Negotiation-level English proficiency. Additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
• Knowledge in one of the following areas : software development, chemistry, or aircraft design.
• Flexibility and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
