AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date: 1 October 2025.
We are looking for recent graduates ( #Graduates_Spain ) from various disciplines interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking, relating, and looking at challenges.
What does this internship consist of?
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in top-tier training in new knowledge areas vital for future professionals.
Participants will have the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree, structured in three training blocks, enabling them to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to their degree, allowing practical learning and academic completion.
The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded for all purposes). It is a full-time position (40h/week) with an attractive study grant.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in material demand forecasting and inventory management within the Material Service Department, specifically in Material Planning and Demand, supporting Performance-Based Logistic (PBL) contracts related to transport aircraft.
