AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date October 1st, 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those seeking top-tier training in emerging knowledge areas essential for future professionals.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized into three training blocks, enabling you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree, allowing you to learn and complement your academic background.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

General Procurement (GP) is seeking a new team member!

At Facility Management Procurement (PJR), we procure services for employees across all Airbus divisions. The main areas are:

  • PJRS: Services related to employee well-being such as building maintenance, catering, cleaning, transport, waste management, and space management.

  • PJRB: Services related to construction and refurbishment, including architect services and construction activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your role will involve managing procurement strategies, sourcing processes, and contract management for services like catering, waste, transport in Spain (PJRS), and engineering and construction services (PJRB).

  • Ensure compliance with Airbus procurement processes.

  • Manage facility management contracts.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with suppliers.

  • Conduct contract reviews with internal clients and suppliers, based on KPIs, and work to improve supplier performance.

  • Engage with internal customers, providing relevant inputs and preparing change proposals.

  • Manage risks related to debts, invoices, and claims.

Participation in Supplier Selection and Contracting:

  • Manage projects and tenders with multi-divisional and national scope.

  • Support ongoing tenders, negotiations, and stakeholder meetings.

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English at negotiation level.

  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and a learning orientation.
