Airbus offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - starting October 1st, 2025.

We are seeking recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. The current global context requires innovative ways of thinking, looking, and relating.

What does this internship involve?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed the #DISCOVER program, designed for those eager to gain cutting-edge training in essential new areas of knowledge to develop as future professionals.

The program includes a Master’s degree structured into three training modules, enabling you to DISCOVER the most in-demand skills today. This will be complemented by an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree, allowing practical learning and academic advancement.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded for all purposes). It is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:
  • Work within the Export Control team of Airbus Defence and Space, ensuring compliance with all export control regulations across operations in Spain.
  • Assist in defining, updating, and enforcing the export control processes.
  • Participate in Transport and Mission programs, including A330-MRTT, C295, CN235, and C212 aircraft, along with In-Service Support activities and UAV programs.
  • Enhance export control performance through training, surveys, and process improvements.
  • Support the preparation of export documentation for timely export clearance.
  • Help monitor and update the list of products, documentation, and parts subject to export authorization.
  • Contribute to issuing internal directives to ensure export compliance in procurement, IT, and with foreign nationals.

Required Skills & Diversity:
