Job Description:

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?

AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - starting on October 1st, 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands new ways of thinking, relating, and approaching challenges.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in top-tier training in emerging knowledge areas essential for future professionals.

You will have the opportunity to pursue a Master, structured into three training modules, enabling you to DISCOVER skills most in demand today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree, allowing you to learn and enhance your academic background.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts for 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time position (40h/week), with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:
  • Work in the Export Control team of Airbus Defense and Space, ensuring compliance with all export control regulations affecting Airbus Defense and Space operations in Spain.
  • Assist in defining, updating, and enforcing the export control process from start to finish.
  • Participate in Transport and Mission programs, including aircraft such as A330-MRTT, C295, CN235, and C212, as well as UAV projects.
  • Enhance the export control function's performance through training, surveys, and related activities.
  • Support the preparation of export documentation to ensure timely export clearance.
  • Help monitor and update the list of products, documentation, and components subject to export authorization.
  • Contribute to issuing internal directives for export-compliant processes (e.g., procurement, IT, foreign nationals).

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish at negotiation level.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
