AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date: October 1st, 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking, looking, and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in top-tier training in new knowledge areas essential for future professionals.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized into three training blocks, enabling you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and enhance your academic background.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time experience (40h/week) with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

The intern will join the Airbus EHS organization, supporting environment, health, and safety teams. Main duties include:

• Working on process optimization to improve EHS data management and accuracy.
• Creating macros in Google Sheets.
• Interacting with EHS tools, ensuring proper connection between SAP, FISH, Sysprocess.
• Digitizing and harmonizing EHS dashboards and reports to improve quality reporting and reduce manual efforts.

Required Skills #AirbusDiversity

Candidates should demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Engineering.
• Advanced level of English.
• Minimum B1 level in Spanish.
• General knowledge and high motivation in Environment, Health and Safety, and Aviation.

Valued skills include:

• Knowledge of automation tools.
• Advanced knowledge in Google Suite.
• Knowledge of AI tools (Google Gemini).
