AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2025 / 2026 - Starting date : October 1st, 2025 .

We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their professional careers in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands innovative ways of thinking, looking, and relating.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those seeking top-tier training in new essential knowledge areas to develop as future professionals.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized into three training blocks, allowing you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time role (40h / week), with an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

The selected candidate will join the Engineering Services Community, focusing on Customer Services Support :

The main objective is to support the digitalization and automation of Business Management processes by :

• Supporting data preparation and analysis.
• Assisting in performance monitoring.
• Supporting the development of customized KPIs and dashboards (Data Studio / Skywise).

The candidate will have the opportunity to :

• Learn about Business Management Processes (workload, workforce, subcontracting, resource management, etc.).
• Work in a transnational organization, participating in multifunctional teams on improvement projects.
• Understand Customer Services operations.
• Participate in deploying digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Support the deployment of new Business Management tools (BOM1).

Required skills #AirbusDiversity

Ideal candidates will demonstrate :

• Degree in Engineering or Business Management / Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in Google tools, including coding in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic programming knowledge, e.g., Python.
• General familiarity with Data Analysis tools.
• Valued skills include analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability in complex international environments, proactive working style, and a basic understanding of aircraft, products, and development processes (not mandatory).
