AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date: October 1st, 2025.

We are seeking recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. The current environment requires innovative ways of thinking, relating, and looking at challenges.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has created #DISCOVER, an exclusive program designed to provide top-tier training in new knowledge areas essential for future professionals. Participants will study a Master, structured in three modules, to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a relevant area, allowing practical learning and academic advancement.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time position (40h/week) with an attractive stipend.

Internship Job Description:

Airbus seeks a motivated, proactive individual to contribute to developing a new customer portal aimed at improving customer experience. You will also help build our new DevOps community in a dynamic, international setting.

Main Tasks:

• Contribute to establishing and growing the DevOps community within the team
• Develop backend components (Python)
• Support frontend team (React) as needed
• Participate in designing and implementing new platform features
• Engage in Agile ceremonies

Knowledge acquired at the end:

• Backend Development: Python, Java
• DevOps Practices: CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure as code, version control (Git, Jenkins, Docker)
• Architecture Concepts: Microservices, cloud-native development, scalable design
• Collaboration & Agile Methodologies: Cross-functional team experience using Agile
• International Work Environment: Collaboration across regions (France, India, Spain)

Projects or areas:

• Member of DevOps community & Evolutive Customer Platform Team within Digital for Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
• English: Negotiation level

• DevOps (CI/CD, IaC, Containers, Monitoring)
• Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus

Additional skills include analytical thinking, teamwork, and ability to operate in complex, international environments.
