This Discover Graduate Program 2025 I Spain is for the role of:

• Technology Product Owner

This role will join our Cloud and Edge Products & Platform Engineering Team, offering an exciting opportunity to work across multiple teams within Vodafone, collaborating closely with product teams to design and develop key features. Candidates with a minimum experience/knowledge in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, would be a strong fit.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Technical product development/product owner experience/knowledge
• A balance of customer, business, and technology understanding to relate technology solutions to product outcomes.
• Strong collaboration, communication, teamwork, and influencing skills
• Ability to build E2E technology plans specific to products and platforms.
• Advanced level of English

Ideal Background And Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree or on track to receive one in 2025 (with a degree in a field related to the open roles);
• Maximum 2 years of working experience after the completion of your studies;
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity, the ability to analyze problems and offer outside-the-box solutions
• People with high motivation and a mindset that can transform the business with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive mindset, self-learner, communicative, pragmatic, and enthusiastic personality
• Curiosity and passion for technology, how things work, and the future of digital
• Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions

2. Online assessment. If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to participate in our online assessment. This includes a recorded video interview and gamified cognitive ability tests, conducted in English.
3. Virtual assessment center/interview. The most successful candidates will be invited to participate in our virtual assessment activities and interviews.
