This role involves leading R&D initiatives, mastering manufacturing processes, and optimizing production lines for disc harrows, requiring significant expertise in relevant technologies and supervisory experience.

Formación

• Experience with BELLOTA, NIAUX, or OFAS s.p.a.
• 5+ years in a Technical or Production Supervisor role in disc harrow manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

Job Title : Disc Harrow Expert Consultant (full time or Free-lancer) Department : Agricultural Machinery Technical Division Report To : Head of Technical Job Level : Consultant / Technical Leader / Production Leader Subordinates : 16 Work Location : China or remote Professional Requirements : Experience with BELLOTA (Spain), NIAUX (France), or OFAS s.p.a (Italy) or disc harrow related product as Technical Supervisor or Production Supervisor Expertise at heat-treated, and alloy wear-resistant coating technology. Role critical for agricultural machinery component innovation. Work Experience : 5+ years Language : English Salary Range : Negotiable

Key Responsibilities : Technical Supervisor : Lead R&D of disc harrows and assemblies.Master key technical parameters of disc harrow manufacturing equipment.Develop disc harrow production processes (including tooling / fixture design).Oversee product R&D and process standardization.Responsible for product heat treatment process development work.Responsible for alloy surfacing technology development work.Production Supervisor : Set up disc harrow and assembly production line.Optimize equipment parameters for blade manufacturing.Deep expertise in harrow production processes and tooling development.Prior operational management experience at disc harrow production.

Core Requirements : 5+ years as Technical / Production Supervisor at BELLOTA / NIAUX / OFAS s.p.a or disc harrow related product.Full-cycle harrow manufacturing expertise.Focus : Mastery of production processes.
