Job summary

Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access support for a female participant in Seville.

You will help her get out into the community, attend cafés, shops, appointments, parks and leisure activities, and support her independence with confidence and safety. A valid driver’s licence and vehicle are required, along with essential checks and certifications.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• National Police Check.
• First Aid and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• ABN or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 community access support to a female participant in Seville.
• Assist with social outings, shopping, appointments, and leisure activities.

The Role:

You may support her with:

• Appointments.
• Walks, parks and local outings.
• Recreational and leisure activities.
• Exploring new interests and activities.
• Building confidence and independence in the community.

We are looking for someone who can make outings feel relaxed, enjoyable and natural while providing safe, reliable and professional support.
