Disability Support Worker Conway Court Traralgon (Supported Independent Living)

We have Permanent Part-Time Disability Support Worker positions available at Conway Court Traralgon.

The role includes :

• Provide person-centered support that empowers each client to express choice and independence in how they want to be supported in their day-to-day lives.
• Assist clients with daily living needs in their homes and community, including personal care, meals, assistance, medications, and behavior support.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• The roster will be 35 to 40 hours per fortnight, including a variety of shifts such as early mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, and split shifts on weekdays and weekends.
