Formación

• High level of English (B2–C1); French is a plus.

Technical Installations Director

Installations Department – Padmi

At Padmi , we are looking for a technically-minded and highly organized professional to lead the coordination and continuous improvement of our technology installations. This role does not involve performing installations directly , but rather designing, optimizing, and ensuring that each project is executed with efficiency, consistency, and technical excellence.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our standards are met across all locations, and that collaboration between technical teams, external installers, and suppliers is smooth and well-structured.

• Supervise and standardize the execution of technical installations across different locations.
• Optimize camera mounts, cabling, connectivity, and power supply layouts.
• Coordinate with external installers and internal teams to ensure proper execution aligned with Padmi standards.
• Define and maintain clear technical documentation : processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing installations and propose technically sound and scalable solutions.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of new projects in collaboration with product and operations teams.
• Assist in selecting materials, mounts, and appropriate technological components.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Telecommunications Systems or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in coordinating technical, installation, or logistics-related projects.
• Solid understanding of IP cameras, networking (Wi-Fi, structured cabling, PoE), and physical mounting.
• Strong technical analysis skills and a mindset oriented toward process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and solution-focused professional.
• High level of English (minimum B2–C1). French is a plus.
• Interest in building reliable, efficient systems—not just quick fixes.

Location : Madrid (with occasional travel flexibility)
