Experteer Overview In this Director role, you define and lead HP’s multi-year transformation for the Service Supply Chain, shaping the future-state vision and capabilities. You partner across functions to align priorities and deliver sustainable value in a global, matrixed environment. You will drive network design, digital capabilities, and process improvements that enhance service, cost, quality, productivity, and customer experience. This position offers the chance to influence enterprise strategy and lead cross-functional change at scale.

• Define and maintain the long-term transformation vision, operating model, and capability roadmap with functional partners
• Govern and refresh a multi-year transformation portfolio aligned to strategy, ROI, and capacity
• Identify future-state network designs, digital capabilities, and operating-model changes to improve service, cost, quality, productivity, resilience, and CX
• Prioritize transformation initiatives, investment plans, and executive decisions using fact-based tradeoffs
• Lead a global portfolio of programs with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and value realization targets
• Establish governance, phase-gate reviews, decision frameworks, and performance management routines
• Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations to sustain momentum
• Define and track benefits realization, adoption, and sustainability metrics
• Partner with senior leaders across Service Supply Chain, Enterprise Operations, Finance, IT/DT, and COEs to align priorities
• Clarify accountability between COE and operating functions and ensure sustainable adoption of new capabilities
• Drive organizational change management, readiness, communications, and stakeholder engagement for major programs
• Advise Service Supply Chain leadership on transformation strategy, network evolution, and enterprise execution risks
• Lead a global team of program managers, solution architects, and SMEs
• Develop capabilities in transformation leadership, program and change management, analytics, and digital enablement
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused, inclusive culture with measurable outcomes
• Oversee talent development, performance management, organization design, and succession planning

Responsabilidades

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, service supply chain, operations, transformation, or consulting
• Experience leading global, cross-functional transformation programs in complex matrixed organizations
• Proven ability to develop transformation roadmaps, governance models, investment priorities, and value realization mechanisms
• Experience building organizational capabilities across program management, change management, analytics, and transformation execution
• Strong knowledge of service and end-to-end supply chain and transformation strategy
• Proven executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic influence capabilities
• Financial acumen with business case development and prioritization skills
• Ability to influence across functions and manage change in a global context
