We partner with hotels of all sizes worldwide to help them achieve their commercial objectives. Our focus is on serving the hospitality industry’s diverse needs, especially for global and regional chains. We seek an experienced Director focused on European markets to scale this segment. The ideal candidate will understand how European hotel chains operate and be familiar with the technology solutions they adopt. The role requires a trusted advisor to guide chains through the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem, focusing on distribution, business intelligence, and marketing technologies.
This is an individual contributor role, requiring a self-starting, innovative, and self-driven professional. The position can be based anywhere in Europe, with the ability to travel within the EU without restrictions.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Hospitality Technology sales to European hotel chains, especially in Distribution and Revenue Management, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Knowledge: Negotiating deals and contracts, understanding hotel distribution technology (OTAs, GDSs, content), rate intelligence, and marketing tech solutions. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
Skills: Customer obsession, passion for revenue growth, persuasive influence, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are desirable.
Attitude: Passionate about learning, adaptable, able to prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
