Formación

Our focus is on serving the hospitality industry’s diverse needs, especially for global and regional chains. We seek an experienced Director focused on European markets to scale this segment. The ideal candidate will understand how European hotel chains operate and be familiar with the technology solutions they adopt. The role requires a trusted advisor to guide chains through the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem, focusing on distribution, business intelligence, and marketing technologies.

This is an individual contributor role, requiring a self-starting, innovative, and self-driven professional. The position can be based anywhere in Europe, with the ability to travel within the EU without restrictions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a detailed business and go-to-market plan aligned with the priorities of European hotel chains and RateGain’s solutions.
  2. Establish, build, and maintain relationships with hotel chains across Europe, positioning RateGain as a preferred partner.
  3. Lead engagement efforts, generate interest, and drive adoption of our solutions, including commercial negotiations and contract closures.
  4. Manage sales pipeline, forecast, and activity tracking, meeting targets consistently.
  5. Understand and articulate the value of RateGain products versus competitors to European hotel chains.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities, provide feedback for solution development, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Hospitality Technology sales to European hotel chains, especially in Distribution and Revenue Management, with a proven track record of exceeding goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Knowledge: Negotiating deals and contracts, understanding hotel distribution technology (OTAs, GDSs, content), rate intelligence, and marketing tech solutions. Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Skills: Customer obsession, passion for revenue growth, persuasive influence, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are desirable.

Attitude: Passionate about learning, adaptable, able to prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
