Director SAP Spain (m / w / d)

Your role in our team:

1. Responsibility for overseeing and optimizing daily operations (teams and customer projects), ensuring efficient project delivery, resource management and business process improvement.
2. Act as the operational point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth project execution.
3. Implement best practices, standardized operational workflows and methodologies to streamline operations.
4. Collaborate with sales, finance, and technical teams to align client expectations with business capabilities.
5. Monitor operational budgets, cost efficiency, and financial performance.
6. Team management for local team Spain and for International Delivery Teams.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
8. Ensure adequate training and development programs for the team.

Your profile:

1. Essential: Bachelor or equivalent education; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
2. 2-3 years of team management in medium size team (~ 10 – 20 team size).
3. 5-7 years of experience in operations management in SAP consulting or IT-consulting as consultant or developer.
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
5. Strong understanding of SAP solutions, implementation methodologies and consulting practices.
6. Experience with financial and budgetary management in a consulting business.
7. Strong entrepreneur mindset with the ability to put the customer first.
8. Self-motivated, with a high degree of ownership for a topic, personal responsibility and self-direction.
9. Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships; team player and networker with a positive attitude.
10. Ability to lead, mentor and inspire teams and to work collaboratively with senior executives.
11. Intercultural experienced and compatible.
12. Very good communication skills in English and Spanish, other languages a plus.
