Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is a travel-tech company with 12 years of experience, operating in 24 countries and offering services in 220 countries worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Area Manager Key Accounts Iberia in Spain to join our international B2B brand RateHawk. The role involves developing our business and enhancing the travel industry together.

About RateHawk

RateHawk is an innovative B2B hotel booking engine developed by the Emerging Travel team. The role includes acquiring key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, primarily through API channels, as well as organizing the search and recruitment of new business partners, strengthening relationships, and conducting negotiations.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and expand the partner network within the region.
  2. Manage relationships with current partners and negotiate deals.
  3. Lead and develop the sales team through hiring, training, and performance management.
  4. Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in sales and account management within the travel industry, with a successful sales record and business development skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish travel market, especially API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese skills are a plus.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and familiarity with KPIs.
  • Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented, and comfortable with fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
