Director, Public Policy Iberia
The Director of Public Policy, Iberia, will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships between Mastercard and politicians, regulators, government officials, and key third-party stakeholders in the Iberia region. This includes both domestic and EU matters of interest to Mastercard.
The role involves overseeing the logistical operations of the department, managing relationships with consultancy support and other suppliers, and developing thought leadership and stakeholder engagement strategies across Spain and Portugal. The director will also coordinate with Mastercard’s Public Policy colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and approach.
The position supports the development and implementation of Mastercard’s Public Policy strategy, aligning with the company's multi-rail vision—offering both card and account-to-account payment solutions.
