Within our Global Products Organization, you will deliver industry-leading SaaS solutions tailored to meet customer needs worldwide. We seek a Director Product Manager to develop innovative Gen.AI-driven solutions for our global clients.

The ideal candidate is passionate, team-oriented, and a strategic thinker with strong product management skills, SaaS expertise, and a proven record of customer-led innovation and growth. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to create solutions that address global challenges and opportunities, demonstrating a bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

1. Ownership: Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Responsible for building offerings that meet customer needs, driving growth, and achieving targets.
2. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute multi-year product and solutions strategies aligned with market trends and company goals, fostering innovation and differentiation.
3. Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with regional requirements and standards.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform roadmap decisions.
5. Financial Acumen: Collaborate on forecasts, TAM/SAM/SOM research, pricing strategies, and multi-year P&L management.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Align with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
7. Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients and partners for feedback and collaboration.
8. Product Evangelism: Represent products at industry events and customer meetings, showcasing thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in product management, SaaS, cloud software, and gen.AI.
• Track record of bringing innovative products to market and driving revenue.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Analytical mindset with market insight translation ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including at the executive level.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with requirements gathering, prioritization, Agile, JIRA, product marketing, and global launches.
