Responsibilities :

• Identify investment opportunities and conduct market analyses to drive strategic decision-making
• Evaluate companies and their financial performance indicators to assess potential investments
• Lead and organize due diligence investigations for potential investments to ensure thorough analysis

Requirements :

• Eight to ten years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, or M&A consulting with PE transactions
• Strong track record in sourcing investment opportunities
• Native-level German proficiency; fluent in English; knowledge of French and / or Italian considered an advantage
• Excellent negotiation skills in connection with purchase agreements, loan agreements, and shareholder agreements
