Description

As a CRM Manager at Exactius, you are a motivated and creative 'A' player with a passion for CRM and email marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work with high-growth international brands. A self-starter, you take ownership of projects and leverage your deep technical expertise in Klaviyo to scale personalized campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

You’ll design end-to-end campaigns that drive conversions and customer retention, leveraging your understanding of customer intent funnels, lifetime value, and churn. With a collaborative mindset, you'll work closely with the team to optimize customer journeys for maximum impact. Your project management and communication skills will ensure the timely execution of CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end creation and deployment of personalized campaigns across email, SMS, and push.
  • Work with the team to plan and execute CRM strategies focused on user conversions and retention.
  • Leverage deep technical knowledge of Klaviyo to scale CRM efforts and improve personalization strategies.
  • Design, manage, and execute A / B testing, multivariate testing, and segmentation experiments, while identifying KPIs to track results.
  • Use data sources like Count to analyze CRM metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement, revenue growth, and meet business goals.
  • Participate in meetings to improve CRM functions, troubleshoot challenges, and brainstorm new customer engagement methods.
  • Respond to urgent tasks and provide support during high-traffic periods or system performance issues.
  • Explore new technologies, platforms, and channels to effectively engage audiences (e.g., Dynamic Yield integration with Klaviyo).
  • Stay updated on CRM trends to propose innovative strategies for program efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM marketing, comfortable leading strategy discussions for lifecycle marketing, email marketing, retention, and monetization.
  • High knowledge of Klaviyo is required. ( experience with Salesforce, Iterable, Braze, or Customer.io is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of email HTML, CSS, liquid logic, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with optimizing conversion-focused email, SMS, and push campaigns.
  • Available to work with European clients and must be available from 9 AM - 2 PM EST for meetings with the US team.
  • Experience with BI platforms like Count and Tableau.
  • Proficiency with A / B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of figma is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
  • Strong project management skills, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Thrives in a remote environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A data-driven mindset, able to analyze trends and make recommendations based on campaign performance.
  • Strong storytelling skills, able to simplify complex ideas.
