Seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional development teams, drive technical decision-making, and foster innovation.
- Technical Leadership : Oversee architecture and guide technical decisions to ensure scalability, best practices, and efficient solutions.
- Team Development : Plan team growth, recruit top talent, mentor engineers, and cultivate a strong feedback culture.
- Performance Management : Evaluate team performance through regular feedback and implement strategies for enhancement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : Align with the Area Product Owner and Engineering Managers on long-term strategy and objectives.
- Process Optimization : Improve workflows to elevate team efficiency and lead the team through evolving challenges.
- Hands-On Support : Participate in code reviews, system design, and occasional coding to coach and develop the team.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience leading and scaling cross-functional development teams as an Engineering Manager.
- Exceptional expertise in software development and architecture design, with experience in high-load environments a plus.
- Familiarity with PHP as a developer or manager.
- Track record of improving engineering processes and increasing team efficiency.
- Ability to build trustful relationships with Product organization and Engineering managers.
- Experience with Agile values and principles.
