Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Director of Finance Business Partnering in Spain to lead the Finance Business Partnering team and align GTM, Product, and Enablement with strategic financial planning. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses, partnering with C-suite leaders to steer growth across a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will report to the CFO, work cross-functionally, and shape the strategic finance agenda while leveraging data and AI workflows to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Senior experience leading finance business partnering across multiple functions (GTM, Product, Enablement) in a SaaS/scale-up.
• Proven track record designing and implementing FBP frameworks with clear financial insights and accountability.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, CAC/LTV, retention, payback, sales capacity, pipeline, product margin economics.
• Strong ability to partner with and challenge executive leadership, turning data into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance partnering across all functions, translating operational realities into robust financial plans.
• Bridge product, monetization and GTM decisions to commercial outcomes and budgeting.
• Oversee annual budgeting, scenario modeling, and forecasting across all business areas.
• Coach and develop the Finance Business Partnering team and foster a data- and impact-driven culture.
• Leverage modern BI and AI tools to streamline modeling and deliver faster insights.
