We are recruiting a Director of Solution Engineering EMEA South:

Mission: The South EMEA Team of Ateme invites a committed leader to join the EMEA South leadership team as the Director of Solution Engineering. This role will focus on guiding the Solution Engineering team in Southern Europe and MEA, utilizing both technical expertise and business insight. As the Director, you will oversee all pre-sales engineering activities in the region, including:

• Leading, guiding, and coordinating technical account strategy in collaboration with the sales team.
• Coaching, motivating, and fostering the growth of our EMEA South multinational solution engineering team.
• Collaborating with the team to develop world-class delivery solutions for tier-1 operators.

Main activities:

• Provide organizational leadership for the regional solution engineering team and products.
• Offer technical leadership to ensure exceptional technical account management.
• Contribute to the development, growth, and compliance of team strategies.

Essential requirements:

• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality technology products/services in a high-growth environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and drive focus and excellence within a strong, talented, opinionated team.
• Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions that yield results.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish is a strong advantage.

Location:

Ideally Madrid, Spain. Other locations in Southern Europe might be considered (including Paris, France).
