We're hiring a Director of SEO & ASO to design and lead that leap. This is your opportunity to build a world-class organic growth engine that transforms how millions of people discover, trust, and use our client, without paid ads doing the heavy lifting.
This role is around 50% strategy, 50% hands-on execution. You'll lead a team of in-house specialists and external language experts to unlock sustainable, high-intent, global growth.
What will you deliver in your first 12-18 months :
- Explosive Organic Growth : Drive a 30% quarter-over-quarter increase in unpaid traffic across key web properties.
- Category-Defining ASO : Deliver a 25% month-over-month uplift in organic app downloads and achieve top-50 store rankings in high-volume search terms.
- Paid → Organic Shift : Rebalance acquisition — grow unpaid traffic by 20% while reducing paid spend dependency.
- Global Keyword Leadership : Add 50+ high-intent keywords to page one, across 27 languages and markets.
- Team Uplift : Empower a team of 3 people and 7–10 freelancers to exceed performance goals and work as one unified engine.
- New Channel Wins : Launch innovative SEO / ASO initiatives that surface high-value, underserved growth opportunities.
What will you drive :
- An End-to-End SEO / ASO System : Build the roadmap, define the architecture, and own the execution — from technical SEO to localized ASO.
- A Global Growth Lab : Guide SEO / ASO across 27 languages and markets through freelancers and in-house experts. Test, learn, and scale what works.
- Cross-Org Enablement : Bake organic growth into every content rollout, app release, product sprint, and market launch.
- Tool-Led Insights : Use GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sensor Tower, and App Annie to turn data into growth decisions.
- Trend Intelligence : Read every algorithm shift and market signal before competitors do and pivot faster.
