We are looking for a person who will be responsible for optimizing and aligning all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships, and will develop and implement scalable processes, ensure data-driven decision-making, and drive operational efficiency to maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Alignment

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to align sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue targets and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Help on forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to support revenue growth initiatives.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Design and refine end-to-end revenue processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in revenue operations and implement solutions.

Revenue Analytics & Data Insights

  • Oversee data management and reporting, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Implement and manage revenue intelligence tools (Hubspot, Looker Studio, Superblocks).
  • Optimize lead management and find new opportunities.
  • Ensure integration between sales and marketing teams to drive demand generation and conversion.
  • Implement best practices for deal management, pricing, and discounting strategies.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Support customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Align customer success initiatives with revenue goals to drive upsells and renewals.
  • Own and optimize the revenue tech stack (Hubspot, Looker Studio, and Superblocks).
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance revenue operations.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role - reporting to C-level or V-level.
  • Deep understanding of revenue processes.
  • Knowledge of the stack : Hubspot, Looker Studio, Superblocks.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • High self-confidence and a perseverance mindset.
