A climate finance solutions firm is seeking a Director of Agronomy to lead innovative agronomy strategies and ensure alignment with sustainability goals. The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in relevant fields and extensive experience in agronomy and leadership. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams, overseeing research, and fostering relationships within the agricultural community to promote regenerative practices and soil health advancements.

Location : Preferably based in Barcelona. Exceptional remote candidates may be considered if strongly aligned with project objectives.

Job Summary:
The Director of Regenerative Agronomy will be responsible for leading and overseeing InSoil's regenerative agronomy strategies and initiatives, guiding the development and implementation of cutting-edge soil health solutions, and ensuring that agronomic practices align with InSoil’s mission to optimize agricultural sustainability and productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker who is both a technical expert in soil science and a leader capable of guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative agronomy solutions for our clients and partners.
