Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure that speed and quality of recruitment is aligned with company ambition for growth and efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches and recruitment analytics to assess performance and optimize recruiting efforts.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external staffing agencies, job boards, and universities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in recruitment practices.
  • Implement technology solutions (e.g., ATS, CRM) to improve efficiency and candidate tracking.

Qualifications : Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance Administration, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

Experience :

  • 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a fast pace environment
  • Demonstrated success in strategic recruitment planning and execution.
  • Experience in high-growth or complex organizations preferred.
