Their proprietary Demand-Side Platform (DSP) enables advertisers to effectively connect with mobile audiences at scale. They collaborate with leading global brands, agencies, and app publishers to deliver measurable campaign results.
The Opportunity They are currently looking for a
Director of Product Operations
with a solid background in data science to take charge of and scale their Ad Operations function. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy strategic leader who excels at blending operational excellence, advanced analytics, and ad tech domain knowledge to maximize campaign outcomes. This role involves overseeing campaign execution and optimization, leveraging machine learning and predictive insights to elevate performance, streamline processes, and increase return on investment.
Core Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Product Operations team, ensuring high-quality execution of advertising campaigns. Use analytical methods, automation, and ML techniques to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. Champion the adoption of AI tools to optimize media delivery and operational efficiency. Proactively address challenges related to fraud, non-human traffic, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA). Act as a strategic partner across departments, aligning advertising operations with broader commercial goals. Build and update internal resources, training content, and best practices documentation to support team development.
Key Requirements At least 5+ years of experience in mobile advertising, programmatic media, or related ad tech environments, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of programmatic technologies, real-time bidding systems, and DSP mechanics. Demonstrated success in managing high-value campaigns with a focus on performance metrics and revenue impact. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Nice to Have Exposure to sectors like mobile gaming, digital commerce, or app-based ecosystems. Hands-on experience integrating AI or automation into media operations workflows. Proficiency with Python, SQL, and experience in building predictive models or other data science tools.
