We’re hiring for the role of Head of Product (Enterprise Solutions Unit) .

Tasks in the role

  • Define and articulate the vision and roadmap for the enterprise platform, aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive differentiation to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with other product teams for seamless integration with existing Semrush products.
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Develop and prioritize product requirements based on impact, feasibility, and goals.
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams for successful execution.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Establish metrics to measure product success and guide future improvements.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback for product enhancement.
  • Lead a team of product managers, overseeing performance and development.
  • Prepare and update headcount plans in collaboration with leadership.

Who we are looking for

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Domain expertise in Digital Marketing / SEO is preferred.
  • Experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
