About The Role
We're looking for a Director of People Platform and Reward to join our People team. You'll lead, innovate, and transform our global reward processes and people operations, ensuring they're competitive, fair, efficient, compliant, and impactful. As a core member of our People Leadership Team, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our product and services across 12+ locations. You’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer and be an integral part of our People Leadership team, working closely with our C-Suite. Our highly collaborative People team focuses on creating an exceptional employee experience, and you'll partner with teams across the entire organisation, including Compliance and Finance.
