Director of Operations

Location : To be defined (preferably Madrid)

Schedule : To be determined, depending on the profile

Compensation : Fixed salary + performance-based bonus

Casa Maricruz is at a key stage of growth and international expansion. We’re looking for someone with a strategic and operational mindset who wants to become part of the project and help us scale it from the inside.

This is a transversal role, critical to giving structure to the company, optimizing internal processes, and supporting leadership in day-to-day decisions.

Main responsibilities :

• Monitor and optimize margins, pricing strategy, cost control and channel profitability
• Prepare budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports
• Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities
• Support commercial and expansion strategy
• Track KPIs and performance indicators
• Coordinate with agents, suppliers, and production partners
• Organize internal tools and workflows to scale the business
• Work closely with the founder and leadership team

Ideal profile :

• Experience in ecommerce, operations, or brand growth
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
• Motivated to grow with the project and take on real responsibility
• Interest in purpose-driven brands, craftsmanship and sustainability
