Your new role : We are seeking a compliance expert to establish the strategic direction of the global program and lead a team committed to upholding the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities :

• Design and lead the compliance strategy, ensuring a robust governance structure.
• Advise the General Counsel and Board of Directors on compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory bodies on key sector-specific issues.
• Conduct audits and periodic assessments to optimize compliance programs.
• Develop, implement, and manage the Code of Conduct and key compliance policies.
• Oversee the “SpeakUp” program and lead internal investigation processes.
• Deliver training on compliance risks to employees and leadership teams.

Requirements :

• University degree in Law and certifications in compliance and investigations.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with international projects of significant complexity.
• Proven leadership in regulated sectors and multinational companies undergoing growth.
• Experience working with external regulators, governments, and trade associations.
• Strong skills in leading interdisciplinary teams with excellence.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
