Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)

MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is looking for a Director of Market Access and HEOR.

The position is home-based (Europe only), reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Compensation includes a package of fixed salary, quarterly and annual bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC (both groups have Directors)
  • Direct management of the Health Economics Group
  • Contribution to business development (participation in calls with clients, approval of commercial proposals)
  • Creation and supervision of content for marketing
  • Leading exploration and research in the new prospective areas for the company
  • Representing MTRC at the meetings with external stakeholders (individual clients, conferences, meetings of the industry associations)

Requirements:

  • Med Tech, Pharma or life science consulting industry experience in the field of market access, reimbursement, health economics for more than 7 years
  • Hands-on practical experience with health economics modeling and literature reviews / value dossiers
  • In-depth understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe will be a benefit
  • Peer-reviewed publications will be a benefit
  • Medical background will be a benefit
  • Knowledge of European languages (other than English) will be a benefit
