Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)

MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is looking for a Director of Market Access and HEOR.

The position is home-based (Europe only), reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Compensation includes a package of fixed salary, quarterly and annual bonus.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC (both have Directors)
  • Managing the Health Economics Group
  • Contributing to business development, including participating in client calls and approving commercial proposals
  • Creating and supervising marketing content
  • Leading exploration and research into new prospective areas for the company
  • Representing MTRC at meetings with external stakeholders (clients, conferences, industry association meetings)

Requirements :

  • Over 7 years of experience in Med Tech, Pharma, or life sciences consulting, focusing on market access, reimbursement, or health economics
  • Practical experience with health economics modeling, literature reviews, and value dossiers
  • Understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe is a plus
  • Peer-reviewed publications are a benefit
  • A medical background is advantageous
  • Knowledge of European languages other than English is a plus
