Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)

MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is looking for a Director of Market Access and HEOR.

The position is home-based (Europe only), reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Compensation includes a package of fixed salary, quarterly and annual bonus.

Responsibilities include :
  1. Provide technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC (both groups have Directors).
  2. Manage the Health Economics Group directly.
  3. Contribute to business development activities, including participating in client calls and approving commercial proposals.
  4. Create and supervise marketing content.
  5. Lead exploration and research in new prospective areas for the company.
  6. Represent MTRC at meetings with external stakeholders, such as individual clients, conferences, and industry association meetings.
Requirements :
  1. Over 7 years of experience in Med Tech, Pharma, or life sciences consulting, specifically in market access, reimbursement, or health economics.
  2. Practical experience with health economics modeling and literature reviews/value dossiers.
  3. Understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe is advantageous.
  4. Peer-reviewed publications are a plus.
  5. A medical background is beneficial.
  6. Knowledge of European languages other than English is a plus.
