Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)

MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is looking for a Director of Market Access and HEOR.

The position is home-based (Europe only), reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Compensation includes a package of fixed salary, quarterly and annual bonus.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC (both groups have Directors).
  2. Managing the Health Economics Group.
  3. Contributing to business development activities, including participating in client calls and approving commercial proposals.
  4. Creating and supervising marketing content.
  5. Leading exploration and research in new prospective areas for the company.
  6. Representing MTRC in meetings with external stakeholders such as clients, conferences, and industry associations.

Requirements:

  1. Over 7 years of experience in Med Tech, Pharma, or life sciences consulting, specifically in market access, reimbursement, or health economics.
  2. Practical experience with health economics modeling and literature reviews/value dossiers.
  3. Understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe is a plus.
  4. Peer-reviewed publications are a plus.
  5. A medical background is a plus.
  6. Knowledge of European languages other than English is a plus.
